Welcome

I am a teacher; an experienced educator in schools spanning ages and counties, as well as a devout seeker, practitioner, and teacher of Wisdom Traditions. I endeavor to bring these ancient practices that cultivate presence, into the mainstream. Currently, my young family and I live in Abu Dhabi, and in addition to teaching across fifth grade as an Inclusion Coach, I offer professional development workshops for teachers and schools looking to integrate Mindfulness. As an inaugural student at the Insight Yoga Institute in California, I have studied for many years with world renowned teachers of Yoga, Mindfulness, and Psychology and I also offer classes, workshops, and individual mentoring and private sessions. Drawing from these Wisdom Traditions, It is my aspiration to inspire others to wake up from within, as I believe it’s what our global community needs to fulfill our yet untapped human potential.
